Email us at trandinhthang99.hy@gmail.com and include your iPhone model, iOS version and the app where the problem happens.
Turn the keyboard on
- Open Settings → General → Keyboard → Keyboards → Add New Keyboard and choose Pastely.
- In any text field, hold the 🌐 key and pick Pastely.
- You do not need to allow Full Access.
The keyboard does not appear
- Check that Pastely is in your keyboard list, then restart the app you are typing in.
- Custom keyboards are disabled in password and some secure fields. This is an iOS rule.
Send does nothing in one app
Auto send presses Return after pasting. Most chat apps send on Return, but a few use a separate Send button. Tap Send in that app after pasting.
Premium, restore and cancel
- Restore: in the app, Settings → Restore Purchases.
- Cancel: Apple manages subscriptions. Go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Pastely.
- Lifetime Premium is a one-time purchase with no renewals.
