PastelyPrivacy Policy
Pastely is an iPhone keyboard and app published by TNPixel ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information Pastely uses and what it does not. The short version: we do not collect your snippets, what you type, or any personal profile. Pastely has no ads, no analytics and no tracking.
What stays on your device
- Your snippets, sequences, tags and settings are stored locally on your iPhone in storage shared between the Pastely app and the Pastely keyboard. We do not receive them and we cannot read them.
- Usage counters (such as how many times a snippet was pasted, shown in the Insights screen) are kept on your device only.
The keyboard
The Pastely keyboard inserts the text of the snippets you saved when you tap them. It does not read, record, log or transmit what you type in other apps. Pastely works without "Full Access". Full Access is optional and is only used for haptic feedback. iOS does not let any keyboard run in password fields.
iCloud sync (optional, Premium)
If you turn on iCloud sync, your snippets and sequences are stored in your own iCloud account using Apple's iCloud key-value storage so they appear on your other devices. This data is controlled by you and Apple. We cannot access it. Turn sync off in the app's Settings, and manage or delete iCloud data in your device's iCloud settings.
Face ID / passcode lock (optional)
The app lock uses Apple's on-device authentication. Pastely never receives your Face ID data or passcode.
Purchases and subscriptions
Payments are processed by Apple. We use RevenueCat, a service provider, to manage Premium subscriptions and purchases. To do this, RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user identifier, your purchase and subscription status, and basic technical information such as app version, device model, operating system and country, as described in RevenueCat's privacy policy. We do not receive your name, email address, or payment details. This information is used only to provide and restore your purchases, and it is not used for tracking or advertising.
What we do not do
- We do not show ads and we do not sell or share your data for advertising.
- We do not use analytics or tracking SDKs, and we do not track you across other companies' apps and websites.
- We do not require an account.
Children
Pastely is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your choices
- Delete the app to remove all locally stored snippets and settings from your device.
- Turn off iCloud sync in Settings and delete synced data from your iCloud settings.
- Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions).
Responsible use
Auto paste is designed for legitimate repeated tasks. Do not use Pastely to spam, harass or annoy other people.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date above. Material changes will also be noted in the app or its App Store page.
